Rick Ross- Aston Martin Music featuring Chrisette Michele and Drake (Official Video)

With Aston Martins in assortment and an underground verse from Drake at the end, this video is the superb video we have been waiting Rick Ross to give us. Not to mention, Chrisette Michele looks great with the short hair but what's new?

Eminem- No Love featuring Lil' Wayne (Prod by Just Blaze)

Eminem may be the most popular rapper in the mainstream right now but he and incarcerated rapper Lil' Wayne need no love from anyone. Both rappers deliver great versus on the Just Blaze production and have images with a matching theme to go in the video.

Simple trend may decide outcome of Sunday's game between Ravens and Steelers

One of the most intriguing trends I have noticed about Joe Flacco's career is his tendency to struggle against 3-4 defenses. Let's look back at the last five 3-4 defenses the third year quarterback has faced.

The Ravens' first three opponents this season, New York Jets, Cincinnati Bengals and Cleveland Browns, in conjunction with last season's New England Patriots and Pittsburgh Steelers all utilize the 3-4 style. If you average Flacco's quarterback ratings for each of the five most recent games he has played against these defenses, it comes to a measly 61.5 quarterback rating.

Freeway- Beautiful Music (Official Video)

Thick-bearded Philadelphia rapper Freeway rhymes over a tailor made, laid-back Jake One beat.

Running without Rice not impossible

Losing Ray Rice hurts the Ravens but not as much as people think.

Indeed Rice is an undeniable playmaker who is a positive addition to any offense in the NFL however without him the Ravens can still produce with Willis Mcgahee, Leron McClain and Jalen Parmele.

The Ravens' next opponent, the Pittsburgh Steelers, have an amazing run defense only allowing 59.7 rushing yards/game so far this season. Everything man Troy Polomalu has returned to a defense that at times struggled to defend the pass last year. Of course, linebackers James Harrison and Lamarr Woodley have combined for five sacks this season and are equally effective in run defense.

Willis Mcgahee has succeeded against this Pittsburgh defense before, look back at 2007. That year, Mcgahee was the full time starter and ran for 50 yards with only 12 carries in the ninth week. Yes, these numbers sound mediocre but taking account the formidable run defense Pittsburgh has maintained through the years, he looked good.

It is important to note that Mcgahee is relatively fresh only carrying the ball 16 times in the past three games. Rice has not officially been ruled out but it is guaranteed that he will see a lot less action in the Steelers game.

It will be difficult for Flacco to get anything going in the air against the Steelers but a balance of productive running and a variety of short, mid and deep passes will keep the Steelers a little more honest.

This year the Steelers are 3-0 beating the Atlanta Falcons, Tennessee Titans and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, teams who have each have only one loss.

What must the Ravens target on Sunday?

Past matchups between these two teams immediately make the Ravens look like a favorite in this game. Besides Josh Cribbs, there is not a single player on the Cleveland Browns' roster that has flourished against the Ravens.

This year the Ravens offense has not gotten off to the start they wanted but the defense has exceeded everyone's expectations still to have not allowed a touchdown this season.

If the coaches had to target just one of the Browns' weakness to take advantage of it would have to be the inconsistency at the quarterback position. Jake Delhomme is on the injury report this week as his ankle kept him out of practice on Wednesday and Thursday. Seneca Wallace will be the person to take reins if Delhomme is out. Wallace is a talented competitor who can make plays out of the pocket but does not have the starting experience or passing accuracy to be a threat.

I expect the Ravens' defense to force a few turnovers in the form of either interceptions or recovered forced fumbles against a team that has a -1 turnover ratio. The young but deep cornerback group made of Fabian Washington, Tom Zbikowski, Dawan Landry and more are capable of handling the likes of tight end Benjamin Watson and receivers Josh Cribbs and Chansi Stuckey.

Unfortunately I expect the Ravens to turn the ball over once or twice in this game because of how poorly the offense has performed so far this season but their ball insecurity will deprive them of a win. An improved Browns defense makes them more formidable but not unstoppable, a fact to proven this Sunday in Baltimore’s home opener.

Lil' Wayne- What's wrong with them? featuring Nicki Minaj.

"What's Wrong With Them?" is a DJ Infamous produced track off of Lil' Wayne's upcoming album I Am Not a Human Being with a shocking twist, Nicki Minaj featured on the chorus but without a verse.

The Ravens lock down Sergio Kindle.

After Sergio Kindle suffered a broken skull from a fall down two flights of stairs, it gradually became more clear that he would not be able to participate in the 2010 season. Today, the Ravens announced an agreement with Kindle that will make him a Raven under contract for one year. The deal also gives them exclusive rights to Kindle for three years. The team has finally signed all of their 2010 draft pick.

Hopefully the dynamic pass rusher can return in 2011 as a useful weapon but as John Harbaugh said, the healing process of the brain can be unpredictable.

The realest rapper out.

A never-will-be rapper by the name of Syco Sam has plead guilty to four accounts of murder. Some rappers talking about killing folks but this guy here...

Reggie Bush out for at least six weeks with broken right leg.

Reggie Bush reportedly suffered a small break in his right leg and will miss at least six weeks of the season. In the fourth quarter, Bush returned the ball only a yard or two before he fell from what appeared to be just slipping.

However after the tackle was made and an on-field scuffle subsided, Bush got up and limped a few yards before needing assistance of the field. He could apply no pressure on that right leg when he left the field and spent the rest of the night on crutches.

I hope a speedy recovery for the speedy running back.

You can't blame it all on Flacco... can you?

The Ravens fall to a 1-1 record after a dismal offensive showing and a few strong defensive stands on the Ravens part. A few things went wrong for the Ravens in this game but the most obvious being Joe Flacco’s pathetic play.

Kanye West- Lord Lord Lord featuring Mos Def, Swizz Beatz, Raekwon and Charlie Wilson

Kanye must have a stock of tracks waiting to be released because this track is another of his good works sounding little to nothing like anything he's done before. "Lord Lord Lord" rides a heavy bassline, an old school drum pattern and Charlie Wilson's soulful voice. To my surprise a wide array of rappers from Raekwon to Swizz Beatz accompany Kanye on this seven minute track.

Cam'ron and Jim Jones- Toast (Kanye West diss)

In a ploy for attention, Cam'ron disses Kanye West in a freestyle over West's own "Runaway" beat. It is clear that Kanye West has done nothing to Cam'ron directly nevertheless here Cam'ron is doing what he did to the Jay-Z four years ago, attacking on behalf of Dame Dash.

At this point Cam'ron is at career-low and Kanye is prepped to return to the top of the music world. Anything Cam'ron has to say about Kanye means nothing seeing as it is coming from someone who is a shadow of their former self.

For what is Donte Stallworth depended upon?

Donte Stallworth broke his foot in the third preseason game against the New York Giants. Despite ESPN's reports that he is done for the season, his return is still scheduled week eight.

When the topic of wide receivers comes up in the Ravens community, there is a mutual sense of satisifaction that an abundance of talent resides at that position. The best part is all the pieces aren't in place. Stallworth has yet to exhibit his skills in preseason.

Analyst are saying the Ravens' receiving core is plentiful in intermediate threats but possess no deep threats. Boldin, Houshmandzadeh and Mason all make bank grabbing the first downs but none have the speed to breeze past the average cornerback in this league.

I tend to disagree based on the premise of last Monday night when both Boldin and Houshmandzadeh caught passes for 38 and 27 yards respectively.

When Stallworth returns the idea of the "deep ball" will be more of a threat especially since Flacco has the physical ability to deliver long passes with relative ease. Stallworth has always been praised for his blazing speed but his experience is another of his team assets. He has produced in the league before and has obtained a wealth of knowledge during his tenure.

Without Stallworth, the Ravens' offense will be highly productive, with him they will only become better than what we see right now.

Trey Songz-Can't Be Friends (Official Video)

To promote the project, Songz's label has released the video for the next single "Can't Be Friends", a conversational song to a woman about how their "intimate" actions prevents them from ever being friends. This video is more somber and emotional than lead single "Bottoms Up"

The Return of Prince Miller.

Post-preseason castoff Prince Miller is back on the Ravens' 53 man roster after spending a week with the New England Patriots.

Miller became a member of the Patriots' practice squad last week when he was cut and replaced by former Dallas Cowboy Bryan McCann. Coach John Harbaugh said he has been brought back to Baltimore because of his exceptional punt return skills. Now, he and McCann swap roster spots and Miller is once again a young Raven looking to make an impact in every facet he touches.

After this past Monday Night Football game when Tom Zbikowski almost caused a safety or worse a touchdown by running toward the endzone during a punt return, another option at return looks like a wise idea.

Ravens with huge win over New York Jets. What impressed me most?

Safety Dawan Landry tackling wide receiver Braylon Edwards in 10-9 win over the Jets.

Don't let the final score fool you, after Baltimore started off poorly with fumbles from Joe Flacco and Willis Mcgahee, the Ravens started getting things in order with the help of an undisciplined New York Jets team.

The defense held strong in pass coverage limiting Mark Sanchez to only 74 passing yards but revealed some wholes in the run defense letting LaDainian Tomlinson average 5.6 yards per carry. The Ravens constantly got the Jets in third and long, mounting the pressure of converting the first down on Mark Sanchez rather than the run game. Offensive stagnancy along with penalties that sustained the opponent's drives kept the Jets' offense from getting and staying on the field.

The most impressive aspect of the 10-9 win last night was the secondary's blanket like coverage despite the lack of all-star pieces. Domonique Foxworth, Ed Reed and Lardarius Webb are hurt so Chris Carr, Fabian Washington and Tom Zbikowski stepped up and shut down any deep balls thrown their way.

Haruki Nakamura, a safety by nature coming of a season ending knee injury, played very well in the nickle at times last night when the Jets split out three or four wide. The longest play though the air for the Jets was a 13 yard pass to Jericho Cotchery.

As Josh Wilson gets more comfortable in a new defense and Lardarius Webb returns in the upcoming week or two, the secondary will only get better. Last night was a statement that the Ravens can win with whomever they have on the field right now bucking against the national media that declared them one of the worst secondary groups in the league.

Kanye's Haters Better "Runaway"

Kanye West with the help of Pusha T (half of the Clipse duo) closed the Video Music Awards last night with a new track from his untitled upcoming album.

Extravagant stage affects all centered around Kanye West, dressed in a bright red suit with shoes to match, creating the instrumental live on stage through a beat machine. The new song the two performed was "Runaway", a song dedicated to his droves of haters that lead to "Kanye" cheers immediately after the performance's end and dissension amongst other spectators as to whom he was refering.

West made a great decision debuting this song on the VMA's, the same award show at which he was chastised for interrupting Taylor Swift's acceptance speech a year before. Many spectators of last year's award show and those who heard about the occurrence have yet to forgive him and still hold a grudge against him. The venue and message of "Runaway" is a great blow to those who still slander him.

Taking all of that into consideration, the performance one of the better but not the best of the night and if it didn't have the show closing build-up would have probably disappointed people.

It's funny how one year the fans could be asking for your head on a platter, the next they're chanting your name.

Diggy Simmons Goes "Airborne" With His Latest Effort.

The heir-apparent to hip hop royalty Rev. Run has impressed the masses again with his latest mixtape Airborne. Recognizable names like Chris Brown, Lupe Fiasco, Pharrell and Raekwon can be found on the mixtape along with underground chorus man Colin Munroe and singer/producer Bei Maejor.

Simmons amazes me with his ability to hold his own with more popular artists than himself in almost every instance. In "Big Bad World", he uses his rapid flow to tell vivid stories.

Diggy Simmons achieved the most important goal associated with a sophomore effort of any kind which is not to take a step back. The music here is better or at its worst equally as good as the music on his first mixtape.

For his next mixtape, I would like to see Simmons take charge in handling more choruses. Some artists' best products were solo efforts ie. Nas' One Mic, an rapper Simmons has been compared to.

How Will New Acquisitions Contribute in season opener vs. New York Jets?

The Ravens have definitely worked hard to add extra nuts and bolts to an already well-oiled machine in an attempt to make the team into a fierce juggernaut. Wide receiver T.J Houshmandzadeh and cornerback Josh Wilson, both teammates on the 2009 Seattle Seahawks team, are now new faces in Baltimore a week before the season opener versus the New York Jets. How well can these guys really play in the first game?

On the 6th of September, T.J Houshmandzadeh was added to the roster. For my convenience, I will refer to him as "the Housh". In case you are unaware of who he is, "the Housh" has been a detested face in the Ravens community for years now because of his role as an outspoken team leader with division rival Cincinnati Bengals. He received over 1000 yards in both his '06 and '07 seasons, 904 receiving yards in his last season with the Bengals and 911 yards just last year with the Seattle Seahawks. Despite an impressive resume, he is on the decline so he is not the threat he once was but he can still be a potent third receiver in this offense.

Josh Wilson, 25, is a young player with his best performances ahead of him. So far in his career he has been most dangerous when returning kicks. He returned 69 kicks for 1,753 yards in his second year. Last year he started 12 games at the cornerback position snagging two interceptions and returning both of them for touchdowns. According to defensive coordinator Greg Mattison, his transition from Seattle's defense to the system in Baltimore has been smooth and could play either the nickle position or even starting corner as soon as the first or second game of the season.

Both veteran players came onto the roster after the final preseason game so they have NFL experience just not with this team. Their experience should allow them to contribute in a limited fashion against the Jets. Houshmandzadeh can immediately play in the slot and catch a few balls. Wilson is capable of returning kicks on Monday night if Chris Carr doesn't assume that role.

2010 Season Begins Tonight. Are You Ready?

Finally the preseason games are over and the regular season has arrived which means every game counts and all of our favorite stars will work toward the expectations they and the fans have set for them.

Tonight at 8:30pm on NBC marks the official kickoff of the 2010 regular season with a rematch of last year's NFC Championship game between the eventual Super Bowl Champion New Orleans Saints and the Minnesota Vikings. Brett Favre is back after months of inquiry about whether he would return making this game even more anticipatory. The Saints are still riding the Super Bowl high that distracted many teams in past and led to subpar follow-up seasons. Which team is ready to start their season of on the right foot? Tune in and find out.

For Ravens fans, New York Jets are the first opponent and a formidable one at that. These two teams will be kicking off the upcoming season of Monday Night Football on ESPN. The Rex Ryan lead defense finished number one in the league in total defense last year and added a few pieces over the offseason most notably cornerbacks Antonio Cromartie and Kyle Wilson to play alongside arguably the best cornerback in the league, Darrelle Revis.

So in case you have not already noticed the team record and Super Bowl predictions are already running rampant but until the games are actually played, the end result of the 2010 season is still an unknown.

Wale- The Guilty Pleasure (No Hands) featuring Waka Flocka Flame and Roscoe Dash

Wale decided to record a "homemade" video for the most radio appealing song on his most recent mixtape More About Nothing. Nothing fancy booth shots of each rapper recording his verse.

For the record, yes,Waka Flocka was rapping from an iPad in case there was any confusion.

So many changes, so little time.

In this past week, the Ravens' roster has witnessed a few changes mostly for the better depending on who you talk to.

The most notable change is the signing of veteran wide receiver T.J. Houshmandzadeh after his release from the Seattle Seahawks. This transaction came only hours after the news came out that the Ravens' 2005 first round pick Mark Clayton was traded to the St. Louis Rams for a sixth round pick and Demetrius Williams was released. These moves transformed the receiving core from a group fused with both young and old talent to an experience dominated core.

Besides the age difference between Houshmandzadeh and Clayton, the Ravens actually got the better end of the stick. Houshmandzadeh, standing at six feet, two inches, has recorded 171 catches in the last two seasons one as a Cincinnati Bengal and one as a Seattle Seahawk.

Quarterback Troy Smith was also let go by his only team but has quickly landed on his feat becoming an San Francisco 49er on Sunday.

One day after Prince Miller made the final roster he was waived and is now heading to New England to join the Patriots.

Sergio Kindle is hopeful he can make a return to the roster by the end of the regular season. A neurologist is tracking his progress to make sure he is fully recovered before he sets foot on a field, practice or game field.

All of this movement came about a week before the Ravens are set to open their season versus the New York Jets on ESPN's Monday Night Football.

Joell Ortiz to release an EP this Friday

New York rapper Joell Ortiz plans to give his fans a minuscule taste of what is to come in the near future with an EP called Farewell Summer.  His Yaowa mixtape and album by the name Free Agent are supposed to be coming soon.

One song has been released from the extended play is "Battle Cry", a song where Joell Ortiz demonstrates his consistency and premier lyrical ability. Ortiz is one of the most vivid at describing where he is from. Here he says," I from where the cut throats cut coke".

B.o.B- Magic featuring Rivers Cuomo of Weezer

B.o.B shows his versatility in "Magic", his most pop friendly effort yet. Rivers Cuomo makes the chorus sound  really lighthearted and fun to listen to. For what it is, the video is pretty simple and non-innovative but once again lighthearted. Nothing

The Ravens Sculpt Roster to Their Liking, Ousting Two Fan Favorites in the Process.

Two players thought to be retained on the 53 man roster, quarterback Troy Smith and wide receiver Demetrius Williams were waived today by the Baltimore Ravens.

Today teams were required to cut their roster down to 53 players. This meant several players would be traded, waived or put on PUP or Injured Reserve.

Smith was drafted in the fifth round of the 2007 draft by the Ravens after winning the Heisman Trophy his senior year in college. One he arrived in town he never really earned many chances to start. He started two games his rookie year because quarterbacks Steve Mcnair and Kyle Boller both got injured during the season.

After his rookie year, he was pretty much deemed a backup. The John Harbaugh regime began its reign in Smith's second year and in the same year quarterback Joe Flacco was drafted in the first round pretty much declaring him "quarterback of the future". This left 26 year old Smith in an unenviable position falling victim to a tonsil infection, losing the competition for the starting position in the process. From this point, Smith was sentenced to the back-up position and once the Ravens signed veteran Marc Bulger, he became expendable.

Now the team's choice to keep only Flacco and Bulger on the roster has left Smith without a job.

27 year old Demetrius Williams fell under a similar series of circumstances. He was once the chosen receiver when he first arrived in Baltimore because of his potential to create big plays. As time went on his potential remained just that, he never became the dominating force people expected him to be.

This offseason proven veterans at the wide receiver position were signed and younger players demonstrated their team value outshined his.

Other noteworthy players waived were: Shayne Graham, Justin Harper and KJ Gerard.

Where will these players end up is yet to be seen? There is no doubt a market for players of their talent is open and these players will be picked up soon to add depth at their respective positions.

Fabolous Banking on Popular Underground Work.

Fabolous plans on cashing in on superb mixtape , There is no Competition 2: The Funeral Service, and promoting upcoming album Loso's Way 2 by selling an EP labeled with a similar nomenclature, There Is No Competition 2: The Grieving Music Mixtape.

The compilation is a 10 track set featuring the best of the mixtape like "Tonight" featuring fellow Desert Storm artist Red Cafe and the remix to the dark, Cam'ron and Vado assisted "Body Bag".

The EP is available on iTunes and other music stores.

Rick Ross is also featured here but doesn't make the song sound anymore ridiculous then it already is.

Ed Reed to Start the Season on PUP List.

Did we honestly expect Reed to be ready by week one when the Ravens travel to the New Netherlands to battle the New York Jets? If so... surprise!

Reed is still rehabilitating his hip after having it surgically repaired in May so he will not be returning to the field anytime soon. He missed all of training camp and the preseason.

Landing on the Physically Unable to Perform list (PUP list) means Reed will miss the first six games of the regular season. Reed not even be allowed to practice with the team until he is removed from the list.

Third year player Tom Zbikowski has performed extremely well in the preseason and makes me feel a little better about the absence of the Ravens' best defensive player.

The Final Preseason Game is a Key to the Future For Some.

There is no such thing as a meaningless game, especially when livelihoods are at stake. Tonight the Ravens will take the field with the St. Louis Rams to do the same thing every other team plans on doing, assessing what talent they should keep and which ones they should cast off.

Young players like cornerback Prince Miller will receive a huge opportunity to leave a lasting impression on the coaches. His first impression was a very good one returning a punt for 43 yards in his first preseason game versus the Carolina Panthers in conjunction with exhibiting good coverage skills against the likes of Armanti Edwards and Dwayne Jarrett. Miller is a new father as of a few weeks ago and having a roster spot would make his families future look much more secure.

Do Curtis Steele and Jalen Parmele stick around? Both are behind excellent running backs in Ray Rice and Willis Mcgahee and fullback/runningback hybrid Leron McClain, all of whom will share carries this year. Neither back has given anyone reason to guarantee them a place. Parmele may have an edge because his experience as a special teamer. Parmele returned kickoffs successfully last year finishing with an average of 31 yards/return in the regular season. Steele is inexperienced and hasn't shown well in preseason but busted a few eye-popping runs in training camp. A good performance tonight may decide whether or not he is worth keeping on the practice squad.

Underachieving wide receiver Demetrius Williams is also on the bubble after years of not tapping his potential and an offseason of new receiver acquisitions in Anquan Boldin, Dante Stallworth and David Reed. Williams has shown he can get deep and make big plays on occasion but has not been able to stay healthy and dominate consistently enough to be a mainstay. He will see a lot of time in this final preseason game because the coaching staff must see if he is the player best suited to be that fourth (while Stallworth is injured) or fifth receiver.

If not, there are even younger receivers like Marcus Smith and David Reed who could be valuable options for that final receiver spot. Smith is a standout special teams player posting six tackles last season but has never caught a pass in the regular season. Fortunately for him, he is catching passes in the preseason so a strong performance helps his cause.

David Reed left  Utah State with a reputation as a tough, strong handed receiver who could go over the middle and take hits. So far, the Ravens haven't seen a whole lot of that. Reed dropped a lot of passes in training camp and besides the four catch performance he put against the Redskins, we haven't seen much else from him on offense. He is capable of returning kicks which makes all the more valuable.

To the dismay of a few, some of these players won't be a Raven much longer. There are numerical requirement teams must follow and in order to comply cuts must be made.

Cee-Lo- F*** You

The profanity littered online phenomena that is Cee-Lo's old school ode to heartbreak, "F*** You", has an official video to match the vibe and era that inspired the sound. This track is to appear on Cee-Lo's next solo project Cee-Lo Green is a Lady Killer
