Congratulations to Lupe Fiasco whose Lasers album claims the number one spot on this week's Billboard top 200 albums chart.
The album, released on March 8, features singers Trey Songz, Skylar Grey and John Legend each on the chorus of their respective songs and production by Alex da Kid, Kane Beatz and Needlz.
"The Show Goes On", the lead single from the album, is currently ranked 39th on the Hot 100 list and 16th on the Top Rap Songs list.

Kelly Rowland's motivated to make a comeback
"Motivation, produced by Jim Jonsin, is the debut single for Ms. Kelly's upcoming album. Upon hearing the song on the radio this weekend, I had no idea who was singing. Rowland changed (or had an engineer change) her voice to make "Motivation", which has the potential to be a hit, embraceable for the everyday radio listener. The Lil' Wayne feature is nothing spectacular but gets the job done.

Game- Rough featuring Yelawolf
The heartfelt lyrics in this one make for some of Game's best verses in recent memory. Yelwolf utilized his quick, spasmatic flow to update us how his newfound fame makes him feel. The track is produced by Jim Jonsin and will appear on Game's R.E.D album, if it is ever released.

Is everyone getting wet?
Songs by Snoop Dogg and Chris Brown have surfaced about making women wet from sexual pleasure. Both songs seem to represent our acceptance of sexual sensationalization in popular music. Regardless, I really like both songs, so I'm sharing them with you.
Snoop Dogg- Wet
This Cataracs produced single was originally created for a party Prince William hosted. The lyrics are simple but very sexual. The heavy bass makes it hard to listen just once. Snoop Dogg is in no way excercising his lyrical prowness but let's his women know what can do to them. The official video is above. By the way, ooh she ooh she leaking!
Chris Brown- Wet the Bed featuring Ludacris
In case you were in doubt, Chris Brown is grown now. The content and language of this new cut expected to appear on his upcoming F.A.M.E album proves it. Just like the Snoop Dogg song above, the liquid mentioned here doesn't make up 70 percent of the human body.

Lupe Fiasco- Out of my head featuring Trey Songz
Lupe Fiasco ft Trey Songz - Out Of My Head (CDQ) | Rapbasement.com
Lupe Fiasco's live performance of this song is floating around Youtube but I finally found the studio version. It's perhaps the most radio ready track on Lupe Fiasco's upcoming album Lasers, due next Tuesday, March 8.
