Frontman of alternative group N.E.R.D admitted "God Bless Us All", a track from their upcoming album Nothing, refers to Chris Brown, 21 year old R&B singer who struggled to revitilize his career after a highly publicized assault incident with former girlfriend Rihanna.

Lyrics in the chorus are as follows, "Hold ya head lil' bruh. Your not dead lil' bruh. You are brown in this world that's black and white lil' bruh, I know how it sounds lil' bruh but you'll be right alright lil' bruh."
